As the data controller, I hereby inform you how I handle your personal data in connection with the operation of this website.

2. Scope and purpose of processing

On this website I process only the data you voluntarily provide via the contact form, namely:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Any other information you include in the message

I process this data solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry, sending an offer, or negotiating a contract (legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, and my legitimate interest in handling the communication).

If you book a meeting through this website, you are redirected to the Microsoft Bookings scheduling system, where you provide your name, email and optionally a note about the meeting. I process that data for the same purpose and for the same period as data from the contact form.

3. Data retention period

I keep your data only for the time necessary to handle our communication. If no business cooperation is established, I will delete your data no later than 2 years after our last communication.

4. Recipients of personal data

I do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Only I, as the controller, have access to the data.

I use the following processors to run this website and communicate with you:

• Microsoft — website hosting (Azure Static Web Apps), email mailbox and the Bookings scheduling system
• Cloudflare — DNS and website traffic protection

Both processors may process data outside the European Union. Any such transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Cookies and third-party content

This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies. I use only essential technical cookies required for the correct display and functioning of the website.

The site also loads no content from third-party servers — fonts and images are hosted here, so your IP address is not sent anywhere else while you browse. The one exception is booking a meeting, which knowingly redirects you to Microsoft Bookings.

6. Your rights

• The right to access your data and information on how it is processed.
• The right to rectify inaccurate data.
• The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
• The right to restrict processing.
• The right to object to processing.
• The right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
